fairyruneNot for me, but for a couple of good friends of mine. Their third roomie up and decided she's moving, so they need someone for her room, and quick!
They're located in Warwick, NY. Here's the blurb from Kim:
Some basic requirements: Must like cats, brainy types, and the occasional loud party. Must not smoke or do drugs of any kind. Must be responsible, have a steady job, and be willing to hold up their share of the housework without constantly being asked to and to purchase their share of household items willingly, and finally must be able to afford rent and their third of the utilities. Harmonious couples can apply as well as individuals. Couples who are always fighting need not apply.
