Heat Update
Oct. 30th, 2009 11:34 amLast night when I got home I made sure our two year old, digital thermostat in the bedroom was switched to "heat." It was reading seventy-seven degrees, so I turned it all the way up to eighty.
Then, I waited.
Once I was certain the system was well and truly on, I turned the thermostat back down to sixty.
I waited again.
After a little while, the radiator went cold.
It stayed that way all night.
VICTORY IS MINE!
Now we just need to get the temperature in the bedroom down a little bit further, and we'll be golden.
We were able to keep the window closed last night. I was unconscious ALL NIGHT. It was wonderful!
