You guys make me sniffly with the happy.

To clarify certain things:

1. Alas, I do not have a cat of my very own. Our lease says, "NO PETS," in all caps, just like that. However, aziraphalesshop's mother has Elmo, Zoe, and Othello. We go visit them fairly regularly so I can get mah kitteh smooshin' fix. I did have a doggie for many, many years. Snowball passed away at the ripe old age of 14 in June of 2007. I still miss her very much.

2. I don't really think I have a "type" of person I hang out with. We're just a group of people who happen to have some similar interests and get along really well. I can say this about my friends:
a. They're generally pretty awesome people.
b. They're all really freakin' cute.
c. They're all geeks of one sort or another.
d. They're mostly really accepting and drama-free.
So yeah. I guess that's my "type." We come from all different backgrounds and walks of life, and we all have a wide variety of interests.

3. I ADORE feeding people, so all y'all who said we need to hang out more are now going to be required to come to my apartment and have dinner at some point.

Now, some of you have expressed interest in getting to know me better. Go ahead and ask me a question. Any question, about anything. (I'm probably going to be busy at work today, so you may not get an answer until later.)

Before you do that, if you haven't said what you think of me....go do it!

We are already on that one. We were trying to decide the other day which of our spicy dishes we wanted to feed you guys and when we could invite you. :)

It's silly for the four of us not to be spending more time together.

Well, the only weekends we're booked are the 17th and the 23rd. Beyond that we're free.

Indeed it is, but faire is over now, so we shall have to rectify that.

Val and I would be more than willing to chip in for ingredients and help cook as well. We can do some weird couples dinner party thing that you usally only see in late 80's romantic comedies.

That might be fun! I was thinking of making Chimichurri chicken for y'all. Is nummy.

Only thing is, our kitchen is extra-wee, so it's kind of impossible for more than one person to be cooking at a time.

Chimichurri sounds fine. I've never had it, but I'm always eagar to try new things.

Hmmm...well, you and Val are extra-wee too. You guys can cook while me and Rich play video games. :-D

It's really tasty. Even my brother eats it when I make it! (He won't eat anything I make that isn't *exactly* how Mom does it. Jerk.)

How's November look for you? The difficult thing is we don't know Rich's work schedule more than a week in advance, so we can't plan very far ahead.
