Today is shaping up to be pretty boring for me. Most of you KNOW what happens when the Bubbles gets bored, so let us nip this in the bud before trouble starts, shall we?

actually i'm trying this new mind set of "stop being so hungry all the time" and it's sort of working. yesterday i didn't eat until i got to G's at like, 7:30 and i was just starting to get hungry.

of course, i was running on adrenaline, so maybe that helped. i had water and stuff.

i just wanna eat less. i've had a box of vday chocolates (and gooood ones) on my desk since 50% off chocolate day and there's still more than half left, and i didn't make that large a dent. heh.

i just am tired of puffing up. that's my not so sekrit confession.

yarr.. thirst is often mistaken for hunger. while i drink mostly water, i haven't been drinking enough of it. and after this weekend? HAHAH! i totally need to hydrate.

yes. i go to spa23, which is rather far for you, but they have tons of classes :)

yeah, me too a lil'. the exotic dancer workout is amaaazing though.

i think you really need a mid morning snack.

really? make sure it's clean, and the equipment looks well taken care of. a good cardio area, a good machine weight area. stuff like that. check to see how their classes are and if you'd take them :)

hahahah.. i meant at the gym. we have pole dance work shops :)

hahaha.. they do all of it. there are different classes. beginner, intermediate and advanced. they recommend you do beginner a couple times though :)
