DUDE. There is an awesome-looking house w/ yard & garage that is just now for sale here in Warwick. I walked by it today.
The catch? You'd only be about 30 feet from Halligan's so your biggest worry would be wondering if you needed to stumble home from the bar, crawl, or allow yer friends to carry you and then let them sleep over. ;D (Seriously - it's on Spring Street, across from that big metal bull statue & the deli, and in that area behind Haligan's!)
lol - I dunno how much it is, but its gorgeous, if a bit tucked into its location... I can get you the phone number off the sign if you want me to; just let me know. :)
