My aunt made ham the other day... that means that some day very soon, it'll be time to make another batch of home made split pea soup :)

Hmmmm, homemade soup.

Lol, but leftover veggies?! Making soup is when I finally get rid of all my veggies (Ok and I also go heavy on them because don't like just broth).

My eyes were bigger than my soup pot in the farm market today, I think.

Plus, I have a chicken carcass in the freezer that wants me to make my own soup, probably this weekend. ;)

Ahhh, yes..nevermind I understand the lure of veggies at the farmmarket(and how they reproduce quickly when you aren't looking in the fridge). Chicken soup is good too :)
