Things that ROCK:

• Going to middle-of-nowhere PA for New Year's weekend.
• Seeing a bunch of people you haven't seen in months.
• Meeting a bunch of new people, and not being shy or scared or anti-social.
• An English Rotweiler named Chewie who thinks she's a lap dog.
• Three widdle baby kitties!
• Private walk-in closet for crash space.
• Knowing someone with a house big enough for pretty much everyone to have private crash space.
• Said house being on several acres with an out-building for gaming and exercising and climbing and playing!
• Baconated cheese.
• Totally unexpected presents from new friends named Ali.
• Totally unexpected presents from old friends named Adam. (Coincidence? I think not!)
• Planning on having mimosas until you can no longer say "mimosa."
• Playing "Orc Beauty Salon and Starbucks" with the extra Warhammer miniatures while the boys play war.
• Not actually being walked in on while naked.
• Drunken voice mails from your friends back home wishing you a Happy New Year!
• Driving home through middle-of-nowhere PA in the fog and having two boys in the car to defend you from any potential zombies. (It's getting dark, we should get moving. 'Cause, you know...zombies!)
• Doing it all with my aziraphalesshop .
  

Things that SUCK:

• SCA-dians suffering from a superiority complex who look down their noses at Rennies. Apples and oranges, people. Apples and oranges.
• Having to be at work at 9AM on the second.
  
  I'd say I had a pretty good New Year's. :)

Rockin New years. SCA people can be funny. Sniki's crew from Pennsic makes fun of the lifers. Who start off crazy and get worse as they make more money then around 40 to 50 years old.They start down grading to less complex garb. till they switch to Mongolian Garb (a robe) they get up in this sleep robe and stare and say what I'm in my mongolian garb. Its really funny cause its true.

yeah I had a few of those at pennsic. At which point I walked off and passed around the nice OBAN. and sneered (see if you're nice you get nice scotch otherwise enjoy your piss water)

Imean yuo cna nick pick their stuff in so many ways. One guy commented on my rivets as they had no stainless steel and I commented that his nice and pretty Yurt had plywood and that the pretty red oak peices he had was from a country not discovered yet, let alone no had LASERS to cut them with
