Hello, my name is Bubbles, and I have a stuffed animal addiction.

My bedroom is currently home to somewhere in the vicinity of two hundred stuffed animals. (That's a "2" with two "0's" following behind it.) I donated a few to the local police department recently. When the cops go to remove kids from abusive homes, they will bring one of my previously-loved-but-still-in-perfect-condition toys for the children in question. That makes me feel good.

However, my collection is still a little out of control, so I told myself I had to stop.

One of the perks of my job is that they pass around the GUND catalogs once a year, and we get to order high-quality adorable animals at cost.

I have very little will power when it comes to such things.

Now, I am sitting at my desk, cuddling this cutie. So soft and snuggly! It's a special edition, so it counts as a collectable. ::nods::

I'm PMSing (you really needed to know that, didn't you?), and if I can't have my [livejournal.com profile] aziraphalesshop to cuddle, Snuffles is an acceptable substitute. I feel SO MUCH better now.

So soft...mine, all mine....I wonder if there's enough room to nap under my desk...?

Awww, all right. It's not like I buy many anyway, just special and interesting ones that jump out at me. I got a grey bat at the zoo last time I went. ^_^

Attics are always scary. I think it's a building code.

We had the roof replaced a few years back, and the workers just left most of the debris up there.

I guess you'll just have to tackle it one day and clean up. And strap everything down after you do that.

I eventually need to do the same in mine, except throw everything out. I don't want to have those workers come back to do it, since I had a near complete set of the original Transformers toys before they started, and then didn't after.

Eh, I'm sure their kids' toys won't net a few grand on ebay. I'll hunt them down and take their kidneys.

Maybe one of them has a Wii...

We really don't have any proof, and I didn't discover it for many months after the fact. So we didn't know what we could have done at that point.

*shrugs* I'm still keeping hope that I am gonna stumble across some boxes and low and behold they'll be in it. Until then, all I'm left with is a few mini-cars and a Thundercracker with his foot busted off.
