Heh. There should be one of those festive holiday puppet stop-motion shows about me. "The Tiniest Santa Claus," a heart-warming tale of a teeny elf who brings gifts to all the good pirates of the world! It would be narrated by the ghost of Bing Crosby.
I don't think it's insulting, but it's not a very funny joke. I could be missing something, though, since I didn't really understand it until after I had my coffee.
I'd say it might be funny after another cup of coffee, but if I had two cups of coffee everything would be funny, so that wouldn't be much help.
