For some reason I really really like prunes though. The little pre packaged ones are mighty tasty. Never had prune juice though.

The Tummy Gods have been angry recently, and I am trying to appease them without resorting to medication.

I maintain that the reason Worf is so cranky most of the time during TNG is because he has not yet discovered his prune juice.

Try milled flax seed. You can put it in applesauce, yogurt, mix it into whatever you're baking... For tummy help (i.e. to get things moving) take two tablespoons. It's not so bad.
