fairyruneNow's the time of year when people start complaining about the heat in their homes not working.
Ours is working.
Too well, in fact.
The past several nights, it has been over seventy five degrees in our bedroom. We have the thermostat set to well below seventy, but the radiator just. Won't. Switch. Off.
We don't pay for the heat in the bedroom, so our bill won't be ridiculous, but I can't sleep! We leave the window open for some air, but since we're right on a main road the traffic noises get to me.
Thus, I am tired and cranky. If I have to take a sledgehammer to that radiator, I damn well may.
