For me, blue eyes/coloring/ethnicity puts me at risk for macular degeneration, so I really should wear sunglasses whenever I'm outside. I explained that I can't do when I'm performing or otherwise working at a faire, so my eye doctor did some research and gave me a prescription for Accuvue Colors. There are some better products on the market, but the pricing is insane, so this was a good compromise.
