Patience Pays Off!

As most of you know, I'm a really big Jim Henson fan. There isn't a piece of his work I've seen that I haven't loved, from the Muppets to Dark Crystal to Fraggle Rock.
I had been collecting the boxed sets of the Fraggle Rock seasons as they came out, when HIT Entertainment announced that in honor of the show's 25th anniversary they would be releasing a collection of all four seasons, plus special features, all in one set.
The problem was that they had already released seasons 1-3 individually, and had scrapped plans to put out the final season on its own.
To me, this was like a giant slap in the face. I had faithfully purchased the first three seasons, on their release day no less, and was now being told that if I wanted to finish my collection I would have to pay about a hundred and twenty bucks for something that I mostly already owned. Forget about trying to sell my copies of seasons 1-3; once the complete set was announced there was no more market for those.
I specifically told my family not to purchase the complete collection for me. HIT wasn't getting any more of mine or my loved ones money!
That was about a year ago. Today, I decided to check and see if the price for the complete series had gone down. I was ready to give in, and complete my collection.
I found this.
MOTHER EFFING YES! On November 3rd, I am going to go straight to the mall from work and pick up season 4, thereby completing my collection!
Since HIT isn't the one releasing the new complete series collection, I might be willing to get it in addition to my individual boxed sets. It all depends on the special features, really.
SQUEE! I knew waiting would pay off!
