Completely overhauled it and reformed it. Basically cut out open ended commitments so you couldn't just live off it anymore and included work provisions (you had to be working or looking for work). The stimulus bill includes language to put those back in.
This isn't a stimulus bill. It's $789 billion worth of crap.
