I agree wholeheartedly. It's too easy to abuse the system. And this woman is one very dispicable example. Furthermore, she didn't just have another baby... she had a frakking LITTER. And she couldn't afford one more, never mind eight.
I just feel horrible for those poor kids. They don't stand a chance, with a mother like that.
