Wooo Faire!

Ren Faire opened this weekend. HUZZAH! I, of course, returned to my gig as the happy little rose fairy. Weee!

I sold 100 roses on Saturday, and that made me top seller. :) Unfortunately, most of the other girls didn't do quite so well. This makes me sad.

Got to see lots of old friends on Saturday, and accquired some new ones. :)

There was some confusion as to who Bubbles was. Some people apparently thought that Bubbles and I were two different people. I found this highly amusing.

Got an anonymous rose at the very end of the day. The message was "Thank you for being who you are." It drove me bonkers until Sunday, when I found out who sent it.

Sunday was fun, especially with the sudden torrential downpour. I only sold 86, but I think I was still top seller.

People were giving me money to make my cute little fairy noises for them. One guy gave me five bucks for nothing! Yay money!

Now I am slightly burned and a little sore, but it was definitely worth it. I have been dubbed by some as the cutest rose girl, and that makes me feel good. (I know, I know, I'm an attention whore. [Love ya Phyl!])

Made over two hundred bucks this weekend. Yay money!

D&D This week

I have just been informed that I do not have a car for Wednesday. Fun and games. Not only that, but I have yet to find the time/energy to finish creating my character, and it looks like I won't before gaming.

So yeah, I'm probably not going to be able to play this week. Many apologies to those involoved. I hope someone can go fetch NPG & Sarah.
