Every time I hear that, I think of what an awesome cartoon "Space Monkey Mafia!" would be.

Actually, I misread the entry and glossed over the word "cartoon." I thought you were refering to a REAL Space Monkey Mafia. Whoops.

Personally, I could see the SMM as awesome villians on a goofy cartoon show. Like one of those Duck shows Disney had back in the day.

Since, as a kid, I led a sheltered Life and didn't really give much thought to sex or whores or things... I always thought that the song "Private Dancer" by Tina Turner was about the dancer girl, Oola, in Jabba the Hutt's palace, in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

Really.

It's not something I ever thought to verbalize to anyone, in order to do a "reality check" comparison - it's just what I thought in my head whenever I heard the song, and bopped along to the beat, not relaly taking in the content.

Go listen to that song, and you just tryyyy and tell me it's NOT about Oola the Twi'lik slave dancer girl, for serious.
