Wiiiii!

Go read this article regarding the Wii vs. the PS3. Pay particular attention to the quotes from the fellow at Sony.

Does anyone else think he's a "Wii" bit delusional? ;)

As fun as the Wii is, I still hope Sony gets their act together. The newer games for the PS2 look astounding on my new LCD, so I'm curious to see what the new PS3 HD games will look like when the bugs are worked out of the system.

My thing is, I don't want to pay as much as they're charging. Unless it cooks and cleans the house for me, that is FAR too much for me to ever pay for a gaming system.

Ditto. $600 is way too much, and I understand they're even selling it at a loss. Unless that comes far down I'll be content with my long since paid for PS2 and the $15 games from the wholesale club.

I enjoy my PS2 as well. (It's Rich's PS2, really, but I own my copy of Kingdom Hearts 2.)

KH2 is one of the reasons I'm not getting a new system yet. I've got a list of at least 6 games or so I still wanna play through for the PS2.

Kim has a few lined up, too. Plus a few old faves we've been meaning to get back to.

It's a very good system, with a lot of games that are cheap that I haven't played. I'm not 12, I don't need the newest and coolest.

PS2 rocks.

I'm deep into FFXII now. I got Spiderman 2 and Champions Of Norath for $15 each from BJ's waiting to be played. Plus I should eventually finish GTA:VC. :-)

I'd love to do the VC too. I liked the original (which I picked up used w/the London expansion from EB for $10 or something like that. :) )

Which "original" do you mean, 1 or 3? BTW, I meant GTA:SA, not VC. I finished VC ages ago.

You mean the BradyGames guides? I can lend you for X and X-2. Check ebay for others.

Wow. That's old school! GTA3 was good, and GTAVC was one of the best games I've ever played.
