I had the same thing happen to my car... went to the local junkyard and pulled a driver side mirror (yes, an electric one) for $10 and put it on meself... only way you'd know it wasn't the original is that they clipped a corner of the plastic when they cut the roof off the car I removed it from (it had been in a fairly serious accident apparently)
