Teddy Bears = Love!
Dec. 18th, 2006 01:47 pmHello, my name is Bubbles, and I have a stuffed animal addiction.
My bedroom is currently home to somewhere in the vicinity of two hundred stuffed animals. (That's a "2" with two "0's" following behind it.) I donated a few to the local police department recently. When the cops go to remove kids from abusive homes, they will bring one of my previously-loved-but-still-in-perfect-condition toys for the children in question. That makes me feel good.
However, my collection is still a little out of control, so I told myself I had to stop.
One of the perks of my job is that they pass around the GUND catalogs once a year, and we get to order high-quality adorable animals at cost.
I have very little will power when it comes to such things.
Now, I am sitting at my desk, cuddling this cutie. So soft and snuggly! It's a special edition, so it counts as a collectable. ::nods::
I'm PMSing (you really needed to know that, didn't you?), and if I can't have my
aziraphalesshop to cuddle, Snuffles is an acceptable substitute. I feel SO MUCH better now.
So soft...mine, all mine....I wonder if there's enough room to nap under my desk...?
